stable GoldMine platform, Edgerton development staff added Equipment specific elements and features to customize the software
for industry needs. Edgerton’s full time certified GoldMine staff provides basic phone support for a set monthly fee (not the
run-away hourly charges most CRM companies charge). In addition, our GoldMine consultants can also provide onsite training or
GoldMine customization services.
INTEGRATION
The GoldMine Package currently is integrated with a majority of the Equipment industry’s major business system
providers, including the new windows Irium System and the Minitrac Business System.
The GoldMine software is a business system independent offering, and can be used by Equipment Distributors
regardless of their current business system supplier. The sales management software is sold, supported, and developed via an
independent staff from the Edgerton Business Application Suite Staff.
GOLDMINE HOSTING SOLUTION The Edgerton Data Center also offers an ASP hosting solution for your GoldMine
Master Database. Accessed via a simple Internet connection for synchronization and schedule updates, your sales force
can optimize their face time and contact with your customers. This service offers complete data storage and redundancies, as
well as integration into the Edgerton Software Application.
