Bob Walters - President

Bob is co-owner and has been President of Edgerton Corporation since 1988.
He is responsible for the day to day and long term initiatives of the company.
Bob has been involved in providing information technology solutions to the lift
truck industry since 1965. He was a key player in the development and
deployment of COINS (Computer Oriented Inventory Control System)
endorsed by Clark Equipment at the onset of his career. Bob was Executive
Vice President and one of the founders in 1972 of Ctrac Computer Services
and later Ctrac Computer Systems, the developer of the Minitrac System.
Bob is responsible for the direction of Edgerton, its strategic alliance with the
recent IRIUM SAS partnership, and worldwide presence. Bob attended Cleveland
State University.     

Barry Zimmerman - Executive Vice President

Barry has over 40 years experience in Systems and Software Development
and is co-owner of Edgerton Corporation. His primary responsibility over the
past 18 years has been to manage the development and enhancements to
the Minitrac Application Software product and the new IRIUM Application
Software product now being offered to our marketplace. Prior to joining
Edgerton, Barry designed, wrote, implemented and supported software in
several industries including the Forklift Industry. Barry has a degree in
Business from DeKalb College in Atlanta Georgia.
