Promoted to Customer Service Manager

promoted Timothy S. Adkins
to Customer Service
Manager August 22, 2006.
Adkins will now be
responsible for the Minitrac
Customer Service
Representatives
and Technical Support team.
In his
past six months with
Edgerton Corporation,
Adkin’s primary role was a
Senior Technical Support
Technician.
In this position, Adkins
provided technical support
to Minitrac customers and
worked as a member of the
IRIUM support team.
Prior to
being hired by Edgerton,
Adkins worked at Pasco, a
company that marketed
automobile dealerships and
also verified insurance for
the State of Ohio. He led
Pasco as the Senior Manager
of Technology overseeing
programming projects and
infrastructure.
According
to Susan Sponsler,
Edgerton’s CFO, "We are very

Tim Adkins to Customer
Service Manager. Tim has
proven his commitment to
customer satisfaction and
has
displayed management
