(Strongsville, OH – September 18, 2007)  The Edgerton Corporation, business system supplier, recently signed license agreements with
two Caterpillar Construction dealerships. 

Haytrac (Port of Prince, Haiti) and SURMAC (Paramaribo, Suriname) chose IRIUM™, a real-time, Windows based business system
developed in the United States by Edgerton Corporation.  Both Caterpillar Construction dealers selected IRIUM™ because of the flexibility
of the system.  IRIUM™ will assist the Caterpillar dealers with the wide variety of lines they sell by supporting multiple tax codes along
with multi-lingual and multi-currency capabilities.

According to Joe Hewis, Edgerton’s Sales Manager, “The knowledge gained from Tractafric, an African Caterpillar Dealer, laid the foundation
for these Caterpillar dealers to implement IRIUM™.  CAT Rental has approved IRIUM™ for other dealers not using the Caterpillar DBS
