Edgerton Completes First Minitrac Conversion

(Tampa, FL – August 31, 2007)  Yale Lift Trucks of Florida and Georgia was Edgerton Corporation’s first customer to make the transition
from the text based Minitrac system, to the Windows based IRIUM™ system, July 7, 2007. 

Edgerton Corporation converted Yale Lift Trucks of Florida and Georgia to the new system by creating tools and producing programs to
automatically convert Minitrac data to IRIUM™.  Edgerton also integrated the Yale specific programs that interface directly with the
manufacturer.  The extensive work done for the Yale Lift Trucks of Florida and Georgia migration will provide the foundation for fast and
accurate conversion of current Minitrac customers.

 Yale Lift Trucks of Florida and Georgia has been using Minitrac for over 23 years and will continue its partnership with Edgerton and the
newly installed system.  According to Sandy MacKinnon, CEO of Yale Lift Trucks of Florida and Georgia, “We are live on IRIUM™, our
new Windows Business System.  The go-live transition was smooth, and on day one we were producing invoices out of our new system.”

“The completion of this project provided the foundation for other Minitrac users to completely and thoroughly make the transition to
IRIUM™,” said Jed Cavadas, Edgerton’s Chief Operating Officer.  “We are eager to upgrade all of our Minitrac customers when they
are ready to implement the new product.”
